cant see my transactions on qb self employed

Hi maija_tj, thanks for joining us on the Community - the receipt snap is designed for expenses and so any transactions uploaded here will show with a minus figure, when changing the drop-down on the transactions screen from 'income' to 'spending' do the transactions then show? 

my partner gets invocid for his work so i always just took a snap of the invoice and all of them fell into - unreviewed transactions, so i then told qb that that is income for business and never in these years had a problem. But now even when it says - income, it still shows with a minus sign and even when i try to edit it it will revert back to a minus sign (see attached)

as i said, i have used qb for 3 years and have never had this issue. also as mentioned in my original message, i cant even see these transactions on qb online, just on the app

i changed them to other business expenses but the transactions are still not visible on qb onine, see attached doc. its shows the actual value of all the expenses but the actual transactions are nowhere to be found. i can only see 8 transactions online, but when i do the excel report from a tab on right hand side it actually gives me all the transactions, so its a mystery to me why they don't show online

i hope you can help me without me having to delete everything and start over

Hi maija_tj, thank you for getting back with that screenshot - to troubleshoot any potential display issues caused by the web browsers cache, I'd be grateful if you could log into QuickBooks via a private browsing/incognito window (on Chrome or Microsoft Edge press Ctrl-Shift-N at once to open) and set the filter to transaction type: All to verify if the transactions then appear. 🙇‍:female_sign:

i tried in a private browsing and only 2 of the missing transactions appeared which i was able to change to income. rest i went on to delete in the app because i just don't have time for this at this very moment as i need to finish the self assessment, so i will just have to do everything manually this time.

ok its me again, i just entered some transactions manually online and they wont show up either :( i am at a losss here, i dont understand what is happening this year!

see attached doc, show income on every single month, but only 8 transactions visible. i am still in private browsing mode

please help!

Hello Maija_tj, thanks for coming back to use and with a screenshot, can you please clear your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it , log back into your quickbooks account and do they all then show up the transactions or do you still see the same thing? please let us know how you get on.

If there is any transactions missing you could csv the transactions in so that they then show up in your account for you to then categories this link will help you. 

but then the question is how do i get rid of the transactions cant see, because they show up in the totals, and in the excel report i create but i cant see them on qb online to amend or delete?
