Why has the customer form suddenly changed?
It now appears on the RHS
I can no longer cut and paste into the fields making it take longer to manually enter information
the fields are not in the same order or location .
This is horrible it has made a huge impact to my time entering customers.

I wanted to verify some additional details with you if you do not mind. Are you referring to the sales form template? If you recently notice some changes on the form, let's try to run the Audit log. This report will display the users who made changes to your books and what they did.

NO I am not referring to the sales form. I am talking about the Customer form.
When I add a new customer it would open a window in normal place where i could type in details and copy and paste saving time.
This has changed to a right had side tab opening with it all changed. How can i stop that and open the form as previously?
Looks like there has been an application/software update where you have changed the look, feel and location of the form. Where is the news and information showing latest updates and how can i ask for it to be rolled back?

Hello Dawn, so to clarify, you are unable to do theses steps are you able to view the original customer information pop-up panel when navigating to sales > customers > select customer > select customer details tab > edit? Are you using the app or the web browser to access your account? in regards to the layout being changed and wanting the old layout back it would be a case of leaving it as feedback from within the main cog wheel, this then gets sent straight to the developers.
