Im using quickbooks simple start app on a mobile. Was working fine last month and now im realising that invoices aren't sending. A red exclamation mark and delivery error is showing. Customers aren't receiving the invoices and so im not getting paid.
Thanks for getting back to us - our team are aware of an issue in which some invoices are showing as undeliverable. Through their analysis they have found that though the status of the invoice shows as undelivered, our system then reattempts to send out the email which is then successfully delivered. We're working to implement a fix so that the status of the transaction changes upon successful delivery through the re-attempt.
