Delivery errors on invoices when i havent changed any customer details?

My invoices are no longer sending. Nothing has changed on my invoice style or customer details.

Hi mglendon1-hotmai Are you sanding your invokes using a browser or app on a mobile device or a computer, are you receiving an error message and do you know if your customers are actually receiving the invoices?

Delivery errors on invoices when i havent changed any customer details?

Im using quickbooks simple start app on a mobile. Was working fine last month and now im realising that invoices aren't sending. A red exclamation mark and delivery error is showing. Customers aren't receiving the invoices and so im not getting paid.

Thanks for getting back to us - our team are aware of an issue in which some invoices are showing as undeliverable. Through their analysis they have found that though the status of the invoice shows as undelivered, our system then reattempts to send out the email which is then successfully delivered. We're working to implement a fix so that the status of the transaction changes upon successful delivery through the re-attempt.
