Can I please confirm if this is occurring on a custom template or standard QuickBooks invoice layout? Would it be possible to get a screenshot/image of date being obscured.

Hey Russel,
Do you mark the invoice as paid before printing the invoice?
You can attach a screenshot to your post on the Community by selecting 'choose file' and selecting the image to upload.
Thanks
attached, yes mark as paid before printing which is required>
couldnt it just be moved up or made opaque?
Hi holidays,
At this time, we are unable to move or change the position of the PAID stamp on the invoice.
I appreciate your thoughts on this, as there are important descriptions on invoices that your customers should see. We're always looking for ways we can make QuickBooks Online (QBO) better for all users.
I'll personally submit your concern to our engineers for review. They may be able to include this in the future updates.
For now, I suggest checking back for any enhancements through this link: The QuickBooks Blog.
If I hear any changes, I'll notify you here.
Leave a comment below if you have any follow-ups or other concerns. I'm always glad to help. Have a good one.
Has there been any move on this? We have the same issue.
sadly no and i do not believe it is a major development issue to change "paid" to transparant. Such a minor thing but annoying!
The paid stamp obscures data (not date) on invoices.
It needs to be repositioned to a location that does not obscure anything e.g. above billing and shipping infor.
