Do you receive any bounce-back error when sending the invoices? For convenience, we've put together a guide with steps to cover to make sure that important emails from Intuit are received - the easiest way to do this would be to have the customer mark any emails that are received to the spam folder as 'not junk'.

Yes, but there is also a known issue of QBS invoices not being received by customers. It's been going on for 4 months and QBS IT team are working on it. It's a major problem with the software at the moment. Have a search through the support forum and you'll find a number of entries about it. You'll also find what the issue is.
