For example if I order some items on Amazon, they may come from two different suppliers and therefore come with two different invoices but QB picks up the total order as one transaction. So I wanted to upload two receipts/invoices against one transaction but I can't find a way ...?

Hi Kirkber You could manually add the transactions and exclude the amount that has been populated by the bank feed. Then you can save the image of the receipt, add it to both transactions and add a a comment in the Notes field.
Thanks John , that should work fine. I appreciate the help

Hi, I currently have a similar problem.
If I exclude the transaction, and add separate manual expense transactions for the 3 separate invoices (all paid with one total transaction) how do I reconcile as there will be expenses that are not present on my bank statements.
Hi Frestiee, thanks for joining this thread - as long as the dates and totals of the transactions in QB match the total and date of the payment in the bank then you can enter multiple manual transactions and simply tick all that apply when reconciling in QB, it does not need to mirror exactly the statement :)
