Thanks for the quick reply.  We use paypal already.  However, when new invoices are generated by zapier, the Accept Payments Online is always unticked :( and I can't find an option so this is ticked automatically and end up going through loads of invoices to tick this manually.

Can we ask you to test creating an invoice in the QuickBooks product directly.  Is the invoice showing as pre ticked in the payment section?

It may possibly be something to do with the integration of the invoices from Zapier .Do you have to map the Zapier product as regards the fields on the invoice for QuickBooks Online?

Hi Emma,

 

New invoices seem ok, however, our developer says that all options are correct for this box to be checked when creating the invoices, i'm not sure if he uses zapier for this.  Please might you ask him what to check when producing invoices, Ben's email is [email address removed]

Unfortunately the system removes any email addresses posted, as this is a public forum, for your own security, so we cannot view the address you sent. If you could ask them to contact Zappier to confirm what is prefilled before integrating with QuickBooks.
