Posted Again why are my customers getting invoiced emails that are faint,unreadable and missing pages, I have had to go back to my old software to get paid

this issue persists entries are so faint all my customers are complaining if no one at QB can solve this just let me know so I can make other arrangements

I have  managed to limit the errors somewhat ,however entries in the UNITS and  COST fields are still in greyscale ie faint is there a way to alter fonts and colours ??

I've checked the similar threads that you posted, DevlinR Maguire. 

 

I really appreciate your time and effort that you've performed all the troubleshooting steps provided by my colleagues. In QBSE, the feature to change or customize your invoice template is unavailable. Since you got the same thing, I suggest reaching out to our Phone Support agents again. They'll open a case for the issue that you're experiencing. 

 

I also notified our engineers about your suggestion to be able to customize invoices so you can choose you're preferred font size and background color. They may apply it to future updates.
