@MadelynC I followed all of your steps and was hoping it would sort this problem out but it hasnt changed anything.
For something so small, its completely stopped me dead in my tracks when trying to add any expenses to quickbooks on the go, any other ways in which this can be fixed? I'm hoping it's just some small bug what can be fixed in an update.

Thanks for posting on this thread, can you try uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app and see if that stops whats been happening to do.

I uninstalled the app last night and have done it again now just to be sure, I also made sure my software was fully updated on my mobile but still no luck with remedying the problem.
