Tab to enter currency exchange rate on Pay Bill screen has disappeared.
All payments doesn't matter which currency are using 1:1 exchange rate which is incorrect.
Please can anyone guide on how to change this?
Thanks for the screenshot 7seas, so having had a look into this more for you, we have never heard of it being missing its onlt not there if theres not two currencies. Can you double check to make sure you definatly have two currencies showing in that list. If so and it is not showing for you we would advise you ring the support line on 0808 234 5337 and you will be able to set up a screenshare with the agent on the phone and they will be able to look into more things for you with you and see why it is happening for the line is open mon to fri 8am to 7pm and is free for all mobiles and landlines.
