Having the same issue as someone reported i.e. invoices are not sending by email but not working, got round it by saving as a pdf and sending but it's time consuming

So we can be sure you're added to the correct investigation and notified once resolved, can I check if the error you're receiving is 'Error: "You've hit your email limit...Your QuickBooks trial allows sending up to 100 emails...You can continue your trial without sending emails, or subscribe now to keep sending emails through QuickBooks" ' when trying to email invoices?

Hi Georgia,  no I'm getting a message as usual which says "email successfully sent to [email address removed]" but the emails don't arrive.  I'm not having any other issues with emails it's only the quickbook invoices and estimates.

Thanks for getting back to me heather-renovafm, I'm unable to find a specific investigation for this error message, is this impacting invoices to all of your customers? 


I'd be grateful if you could follow our guide here to add the 'do not reply' email address as a 'safe sender' within your email settings for your particular email provider, and then send a test invoice to yourself to see if you receive this, as certain providers may block the address automatically as spam. Please let us know how you get on!
