Thanks for joining the QuickBooks Community. I want to be sure that when you create invoices the address will display the correct information.
To single out the issue, let’s open the Custom form styles setting, check the address and make sure the letters SR are not entered. If they’re not there, re-enter the address to check if this is a template or browser related issues.
Here's how:
Next, open a new invoice and check if the letters SR are showing up. If you get the same result, open another template.
If the issue persists, let’s perform the browser troubleshooting steps. To start off, access your company using the incognito mode or private browsing.
This turns off extensions and add-ons that interfere with the application. Here are the shortcut keys for each browser.
If the invoice will show the correct address, clearing out the cache helps applications to run better on your computer. Should this not work in a private window, I suggest using another browser to help narrow down the cause of this issue.
These steps should get you pointed in the right direction.
