Good to see you here in the Community, @clarkspiesbristo. I'll be glad to share with you the steps on how to add a discount to your invoices.
You'll want to turn on the Discount in the Account and Settings to apply them to your invoices. You can enable this by opening your account using your phone's browser.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear ⚙ icon at the right top.
- Select Account and Settings.
- Go to Sales.
- In the Sales form content section, click the pencil icon to edit it.
- Mark the Discount box.
- QuickBooks automatically creates a discount account on your register.
- Click Save, then Done.
Once done, create an invoice to use the discount option in your QuickBooks mobile app and enter the amount from there. For more details, see this article: Add a discount to an invoice or sales receipt in QuickBooks Online.
