Let me show you how you can assign a purchase order to a project in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

- If you have an existing purchase order and want to assign it to a project, you can open it. If you haven't created it yet, go to the + New button.
- Select Purchase order under the Suppliers column.
- Enter all the details.
- Utilize the Customer/Project Column and select the project you want to associate for this transaction.

- Click Save or Save and close.
Then, review the transactions/ value in the Project field.
