Hello there, Eddie. Thank you for reaching out about processing your Amazon Euro sales. Let's verify the first if the Euros are active in your settings.
Here's what to check:
- Go to the Gear Icon. Under Your Company, click Account and Settings.
- Select Advanced, and choose "Currency", then Manage Currencies. After that, confirm that EUR is in your currency list with exchange rates turned on.
If you have Amazon set up as a customer in QuickBooks Online, you can edit their record to assign EUR as the exchange rate. It tells QuickBooks to process sales in Euros and apply the correct exchange rate.
Also, make sure your bank account in the Chart of Accounts matches the currency of your Euro deposits. If it is a Euro account, set it to EUR. If the bank converts the funds to your home currency, such as GBP or USD, keep the account in that currency.
Since Storefeeder is a third-party app, I also suggest reviewing the mapping settings on their side to ensure transactions are with the correct currency.
