How do I switch off the "Pay Online" pop-up that now appears when I create & send an invoice? It is extremely annoying as my clients are businesses & it will never apply.

Hello simon15, where are you seeing this? Is this when you open the email and you hit on the invoice review and pay? Do you have the Paypal app-connected to QuickBooks?

Hi. No, it is right after I click on the Send button having created an invoice and the preview window has popped up.

 

I will capture it next time I see it but not got any invoices to make right at the moment.

Hi simon15 Yes that would be great, when you create your next invoice, if you can provide us with a screen shot of the pop-up to enable us to assist you further.

I made another invoice today but the pop-up didn't happen so I guess it either got fixed in the background or I had inadvertently clicked something last time, though not sure what.

 

Anyway, suggest we close this discussion off. I can always start another if it reoccurs.

That's great to hear the pop-up never appeared again for you when you did a new invoice. If it does happen to do it again then get a screenshot and reach back out to us and we can then take a look at it for you.
