Hello Community Users, We just wanted to add to this thread some clarification. You can import from an Excel file into Quickbooks Online via the gear icon in the top right and then import data. You can import numerous lists(chart of accounts, product and services, customers and suppliers,journal entries) , bank transactions and most transaction types invoices, bills etc (excluding at the moment expenses) We have added guides on each type of import to show how to import them into Quickbooks Online. The files may require formatting to match Quickbooks formats.. We have also added an FAQ here

Export your data

then utlize the the 3rd party tool to import them in bulk to your QBO
