I have just updated my logo, I pick the large size to use on my invoices and save it, but it keeps defaulting back to the small size and when I create a statement I can only see part of the logo???
Hi AMB2, thanks for getting back to us - which custom form style template are you using for your default? You can view this by clicking the Cog > Custom form styles > Select edit beside the default > Design > Change up the template :woman_technologist: You can also on your pc open the logo on Windows paint and increase the size of it. Save it and try and upload that saved version to Quickbooks. Let us know how you get on.
I have created my own forms. And when I download the required form, the logo comes out small??
Hello AMB2, in the custom forms styles section in content have you tried the different sizes options and placements does the same thing still happen?
