I've logged in on my app and all of my invoices have disappeared. I can't check on any outstanding invoices??

Are they also showing as disappeared on the web browser version as well, could you please double check and get back to us.

I've logged in on my app and all of my invoices have disappeared. I can't check on any outstanding invoices??

I have checked on the desktop and everything still appears to be on there, although there appeared to be a few invoices on there that I had previously stated as paid and have had to go back on and restate when paid as if it was an older version..

 

However I still have nothing on my app, can you please advise what i need to do to get this back on my phone as this is a huge inconvenience on running my business as I don't have quick access to a pc

Hello Brendanalton, that is great to hear everything is still there on the web browser version. In regards to the app could you try doing some troubleshooting steps and see if that resolves it for you. 

 

Can you try refreshing the data in the app and try the steps below as well:-

 

  • In the QuickBooks Online app:
  • Android: From ⋮ button, select Settings, then select Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.
  • iOS: From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback, click Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.
  • In your device Settings:
  • Android:
  • Settings > Apps (varies by device) > QuickBooks app from the list >Storage > Clear data.
  • iOS: From your device's Settings, select Setting General iPhone Storage and choose an app that's taking up a lot of space. Then, click the Offload App.

Also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app see if that helps too.
