Hello Community Users, We just wanted to add some comments to this thread. In the case the invoice is over one page and the footer appears on both(which it will as defaulted to do so) The options are as follows; changing the template to make the invoice fit the one page(changing the size of font, template type, whether you include the vat summary box within custom form styles and saving the changes) or creating a separate template with no footer.
Once you have created a separate template with no footer and saved it. You can go to the original 2 page invoice, on the black banner at the bottom of the invoice select customise and select from the list the template you just created. Once done use the message to customers box and manually add in bank details(you could copy and paste that from the footer on the other template) Once that invoice is saved you will be able to see the message to customers appears once on the second page at the bottom of the invoice form. Any questions just post them here, we'd be happy to help
Hi M_S1
From what I can see, it appears as though the default invoice template would do this anyway. Have you created a custom form which is not doing this for you?
Kind regards
Kayleigh
Hello M_S1,
The mapping function of the custom form styles section reads on a one page basis - because of this, there is no way to edit how it displays on one page compared to the other if it goes over 2 pages. It will display the same on both pages.
Thanks,
Talia
