Continuing on with the horrible experience of this software so far, now I can't import a CSV of older transactions for my current account. No information given other than it's failed. Any reason this might be? I'd really rather not having to manually add these.
Hi geriko, we'd like to make sure that you're able to import the historical transactions - do you see any option on screen to override the error and continue with the upload, and is the error the same on more than one web browser?
