Thanks for posting here, Hugo.
Let me help you show the invoice total due and overdue in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) App.
Before anything else, I'd like to know if you're referring to the invoice template you'll send to your customer or the dashboard of your QBO app.
If you meant the invoice dashboard, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps for the mobile app.
For iOS devices:
- Select the menu at the top right.
- Then, choose Help & Feedback.
- Next, click Refresh Data and select Refresh.
For Android devices:
- Select the menu at the top right.
- Next, pick Settings.
- Then, select Refresh Data and click Yes.
Next is to refresh your phone settings.
For Android:
- From your phone's settings, select Apps (varies by device).
- Next, choose the QuickBooks app from the list and select Storage.
- Then, Clear data.
For iOS:
- From your phone's settings, select Settings.
- Next, click on General and choose iPhone Storage.
- Select the QBO app to free up the storage without deleting the documents and data. Then, click Offload App.
If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the QuickBooks mobile app.
Please know that the invoice template for your customer will only show the total invoice due and not the overdue.
However, if you want to view all of these details on one page, you can create a customer statement by logging in to your account via the browser.
I'll also add this article to help you learn what are the supported features of your mobile app: Compare mobile app features.
For additional questions about viewing your customer transactions in the QBO app. We'll be willing to lend a hand. Keep safe, and have a good one.
