In the past few days whenever I login on the app I can no longer see an overview of invoices open and when due/overdue toward the bottom of the page. Any ideas?

Thanks for getting back here in the Community space. We'll provide details to help you get through this and see an overview of your invoices and their status inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

The application can accumulate temporary data that can affect the performance whenever you use it to manage invoices. We recommend clearing the app's data to restore it to its default function. These are the steps:

 

  1. Open Settings and select Apps.
  2. Tap on the app you want to clear app data for and select Storage.
  3. Select Clear data.

 

You'll also want to uninstall and reinstall QBO. This way, you can ensure the application isn't corrupted and take advantage of the updates and fixes. Feel free to check this page for more details: Fix common errors in the QuickBooks Online mobile app for Android.

Followed these steps to clear data and there's no change, I still cannot see invoice summary on the home page of the app. Please advise.

Hi dr-e-l-mercer-gm I'd be grateful if you can attempt to clear the data once more, if this doesn't resolve the issue I'd be grateful if you can uninstall and re-install the app.
