I have linked my banking app, which contains 3 accounts within the 1 app. All are showng as properly linked and the correct balance are showing within quickbooks and updating when I refresh. However, the transactions have only gone onto quickbooks for 2 out of the 3 accounts. My main account (typically!) is showing no transactions at all. Can anybody offer any help please?
Hello and welcome to the Community, Emma83
We'll be happy to help you in updating the bank transactions for your main account in QuickBooks.
First, please try to refresh the account manually by signing into QuickBooks via the web and then select the Settings wheel > Manage account > Click the three lines > Select manage consent > Click reconfirm.
For further troubleshooting, please also try signing into QuickBooks through a different browser or on the app.
Thanks for reaching Intuit QuickBooks support on the Community. We'll be around if you need any further assistance.
I too have issues with liked accounts, ive uninstalled the app and reinstalled it a few times, ive logged in on my laptop and contiued my consents but since then niether of my accounts are updating. What else can i do?
To get to the bottom of this, it would be helpful to check your bank's website for any errors or advisories on their end, Jim.
Before that, I'd like to ask which bank you're using. This will help us determine if there's an ongoing investigation. Any additional information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
I recommend reconnecting your bank account to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). Disconnecting removes your transactions from your QBSE account.
Here's how to reconnect your bank:
In the meantime, you can upload your transactions manually if they are not updated yet. However, before you do so, ensure that the file you'll import is in CSV file format to successfully upload it to QBSE.
Here's how:
Additionally, you can categorise your bank transactions after you manually upload your bank transactions in QBSE.
