Im seeking some assistance, i have been using QB for a few years now with no issues uploading manual bank statements. Now I am having an issue, after uploading the balances on QB online dont correspond with the bank statement they are totally different numbers.
Has anyone else had this issue and know what the corrective action was.

To clarify, are you referring to the physical bank statement or you've downloaded it from your Financial Institution (FI)? Can you tell us what specific file type you use and your bank's name? May I know if the balances in your bank statement aren't in QuickBooks balance?

Ok i found the issue, it was the value input in the column which was not correlating so I had to manually adjust these and then upload.
