Hello Info-crossborder, Thanks for reaching out to the Community. Epos now is not a 3rd party app we have in our UK app store here If you have connected them as a third party and the transactions are not coming through it would be a case of contacting Epos now themselves to investigate.
I've been having the same problem with the interface from EPOSNOW to QB for over a year and constantly have to chase them to push the missing data. I'm currently looking to find a new POS system that works properly with QB.
