My invoice layout has been changed and I am not figuring it out, can I go back to the old layout

When I write out an invoice on my phone it has been changed and is completely different I'm struggling to enter vehicle details etc can I go back to the old invoices system

My invoice layout has been changed and I am not figuring it out, can I go back to the old layout

I've heard your sentiments about the new invoice layout that's been rolling out in QuickBooks Online app (QBO), @boltsmechanic.

 

QuickBooks has introduced the new invoice layout with additional features and enhancements designed to improve the user experience. However, I completely understand how important it is for you to include vehicle details to complete your tasks efficiently.

 

Currently, the option to return to the old invoice layout is not available in QBO app. I recommend sharing your suggestion directly with our product development team, as they are responsible for evaluating customer feedback and implementing updates based on user needs. Here's how you can send your request:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter a brief description of your suggestion, such as bringing back the old invoice layout or enhancing the new design to better accommodate your workflow needs.
  4. Click Next to submit your feedback.

 

As a workaround, you can access your QBO account through a browser and check the invoice page to see if the option to switch to the old layout is still available. If so, you can create a transaction there and enter the vehicle details as you're more familiar with that layout.
