My invoices are sending but showing not sent on my app?

Thank you for providing information about your concern. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing some unusual responses. 

 

First, clear the app's cache files. Doing so helps in fixing any sorts of errors in the system. Here’s how to do that:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks app.
  2. Go to the Help menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Click the Rest App Data option on the drop-down selection.

 

If you get the same result, uninstall and reinstall the QuickBooks Online app. This is to ensure you get the most recent version of the application.

Thank you for getting back to us and letting us know what you have done to resolve the issue of undelivered invoices, @userspartanpoweredac.

 

I understand how impacting this is on your business. Our Engineering Team is aware of this and is working diligently to resolve it. They confirmed that even though the status of the transactions remains undelivered, our system retries to send the emails, which are then delivered successfully.

 

As a workaround, check with your customers as QuickBooks Online will send emails numerous times, and engineers have reported that further attempts are often successful and delivered.

 

I recommend contacting our Customer Service Department. Once connected, a live representative can safely look into your account and add your name to the list of users who have been affected. This way, you'll receive email notifications of new updates.

 

When your clients receive and pay their invoices, you may record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
