Hello there, @ashbrookes89-goo.
There are ways to bring the missing data from your bank to QuickBooks. Before that, I'd like to know the name of the bank to help me check further about it.
First is to double-check the missing ones using a browser. If you haven't tried clicking the Refresh all button, you can do it in a browser. It helps to download the missing transactions.
The downloaded banking transactions still depends on what your bank shares with us. If persists, you can also ask a .CSV file for your banking transactions. Then, you can import it the program:
- Go to the Gear icon. Then, select Imports.
- Look for the connected bank account and click Import older transactions under the ACTION column.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to finish importing process.
- Select Import.
Here are some articles that you can use for reference when dealing with downloaded banking transactions:
Also, you can reach out to your bank and verify why the transactions cannot be downloaded in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Don't hesitate to post again if you have additional concerns. I'm here to assist. Take care and have a good one!
