It shouldn't be possible for saved data to be deleted, please first check that you're signing into the correct account and using the correct app for your subscription - for QuickBooks Self-Employed subscriptions this will appear as 'QuickBooks Self-Employed', for QuickBooks Online accounts this will appear as 'QuickBooks Accounting'.
Please also check that the page you're viewing doesn't have any filters set, e.g. to only show invoices for the current tax year.
