Hi there, info1048.

It seems like you're experiencing unusual behavior. This might have something to do with a browser issue or could be that our banking engineers are working on this matter. I would like to know the name of your bank. This way, I'll be able to check our records here and provide you with accurate information.

I can see refreshing your browser didn't fix the problem. If you haven't tried logging in to an incognito window, I would recommend doing so since this mode doesn't store cache. It helps us verify if this is really a browser issue.

You can let them follow the shortcut keys below, depending on what browser they're using.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it works fine, go back to your main browser and clear the cache. This helps remove any browser-related issues and refresh your browser's settings. Aside form that, you can other compatible browser's in QuickBooks Online

If the transactions are still not showing, we can manually import them through WebConnect. It's how we can bring transactions from your bank to QBO using the  CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file type. First, we'll need the download the transactions by signing in to your bank's website. Once done, save the file.

Then, import them in QBO by following these steps:

  1. Go to Banking on the left panel.
  2. Still, within the Banking tab, click the File upload button at the upper right corner.
  3. Click Browse and locate the file you've saved earlier.
  4. Hit Open, and then Next.
  5. Select account for transactions to be uploaded.
  6. Review transactions to import to make sure that everything goes well.
  7. Then, Next.
