Good thing, it's not probably the dead-end if you can't set up eBay automatically, Super3dPrinter.

In addition, you can also use your mobile phones to add these transactions.
You'll also want to know how QBSE is designed to help you record your income and expenses. Please read this article for more information: QuickBooks Self-Employed Overview.

I appreciate your time posting in this thread, Andyroger.
I'll give steps where you can connect the account in QuickBooks Self-Employed. You can go to the bank accounts section by following these steps:

Thank you so much for the reply - as of yet i still can not find a link to the NEW Ebay payment system - there does not seem to be a link yet and i am unable o find anything on Ebay regarding this.
Am a little lost to be honest in connecting the new system as the paypal method was simpler to connect
Thanks for coming back, Andyroger.
The option to directly connect to eBay's payment system is unavailable in QuickBooks Self Employed (QBSE). You'll want to look for a bridging app or third-party app online that can help you link the new Ebay's payment system into QBSE.
You can also follow the steps provided by RenjolynC to connect eBay as a bank account to download the transactions. If not, just manually enter the Ebay's payment transactions into your account. Just follow the steps and details in this article: Manually add transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
