Hello stephenjdann
Thanks for joining the Community. We're not aware of any delivery errors with invoices being sent from QuickBooks at the moment - are the undelivered invoices under the same domain (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, etc.) and are you sending these from the app or web?
They are being sent from the web to different domains.
I now know that at least one email has been delivered to the customer, but the BCC / CC copies to ourselves have not been delivered. The error message states that the invoices have not been delivered " we couldn't reach some of your customers" - but doesn't show which emails have failed.
So it is possible that the invoices have been sent but that because they haven't been sent to us they are showing as undelivered.
Hi there, @stephenjdann. I want to share some insights about undelivered emails in QuickBooks Online.
Although it's possible that your consumer received the email, there can be a problem on your end. QuickBooks email is most likely being blocked by your domain.
Make sure to configure your mail server properly. The host names and IP addresses for the QuickBooks Online server must be added by your IT professional to the outgoing allowlist. Your email setup will determine the steps to add the host names and IP addresses. The list of host names and IP addresses that your IT department needs to add to your allowlist can be found here (Solution 3): Troubleshoot if customers aren't receiving emails from QuickBooks Online.
