On HSBC open banking I seem to need to keep entering the secure code to get any transactions. How can I keep the feed open for 90 days without endlessly having this.

Hey Cookie3, :waving_hand: If you're on the open banking connection you should only need to update the bank with your sign in details once every 90days. What kind of bank account is it that you have connected to? Is ita saving, Business, personal? Let me know and I will look closer into this for you. Thanks

It is a business current account along with savings and credit cards. I have even tried removing the savings and credit card and just having the current account but this still happens.

Hello, Cookie3.

When accessing your bank's information, QuickBooks is dependent on what your bank asks in order to get the information such as bank transactions. Let me give you some information about this.

Entering a secure code to get your HSBC open banking information is a bank security protocol to keep your account secured every time you log in to your bank's website. You'll want to contact your bank to check if there's a way to disable this.
