Our company has closed down so need to end quickbooks contract but how do we access the data after if hmrc etc require it?

Hello Tradeteamwm, 

 

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

So when you end your Subscription with Quickbooks, the account with go in a read only format for 12 months from the date of canceling, so you can export any information you need out of it. If you need to access your account after 12 months what you will need to do is resubscribe to the account again before the 12 months is up then cancel it again so you have access to the account for another 12 months. If you don't the account gets deleted after the 12 months is over.
