To alter the business email you can go to the cog in the top right>account and settings>company info>amend the email>done>then exit or hit done to leave the account and settings page

The email for accounts is not the company email and is recorded on the email template in custom forms. The only option against the Invoice is 'preview pdf', how can I change the Invoice template please

The invoice with the wrong email is it the customer email that is incorrect if it is not the business email, where on the email template is this showing as incorrect is it the top right or is it in the footer?
The only email that can be adjusted in custom forms if it is not in footer text is the business email in content of the custom form>edit >content>click into the top section of the template which is greyed out and you will get a menu on the left hand side>delete out old write in correct one)
The preview pdf in that section is not a live preview.If you wanted to check any changes in custom forms you can go to the invoice you have create and go to print or preview on the black line on the bottom of the invoice
If you want to change the customer email on the invoice you can go to customer>select the customer>edit>save
If this is not want you want if you could reply back with a screen shot of the section you are trying to change the email address for(you can black out the email itself)
