So I have created several customers today and I am able to invoice them once. If I either try and invoice again or receive payment I can't find the customers

Can you try clearing your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it and log back into your account and try again see if the resolves it for you, if not please reach back out to us.

So I have created several customers today and I am able to invoice them once. If I either try and invoice again or receive payment I can't find the customers

I have tried this. Several times and it still isn't working. Been onto the online help and they are no help! Very frustrating. I have a deadline and I can't reach it

We have the same problem.

Customer details raised but when we try to inovice or produce estimate the customer does not show up.

After 55minutes, QB telephone help say an investigation has been raised and they will let us know by Friday!

Any one else with this issue?

Useremmaharrold15, we currently aware of this issue, and has been raised up and our engineers are currently working on getting it resolved as quickly as possible for our customers.

Hello Community Users, We just wanted to pop in and update this thread, the investigation Customer/Project and Product & Services drop down not working when trying to create transactions  was resolved by the 1st June 2022. If you experience any of these issues please reply to this thread and we'll look into this straight away.
