Hi there, whiteorchiddesig.
I understand that you really need to have your clients view the invoices you sent to them. This has been reported already and currently being fixed. You may reach out to our Customer Support Team so you'll be updated on this issue.
In the meantime, you'll want to export the invoice into a PDF and sent it to your client. You can follow these steps:
Once done, you can now attach it to your email. You'll want to check this link about what happens when you send an invoice.
Please post again if you have more questions. Wishing you all the best!
Hi there,
Is there any update on when this issue will be fixed? I am also experiencing the same problem and it is creating more work which I was hoping to avoid by switching to quickbooks.
Many thanks,
Liz
Hello elizabethfaye :waving_hand: I will have a look into this for you, could you clarify if the issue with opening the invoices affected your self employed customers or customers using the online product? Becky
Hi, my customers have reported that they cant 'view invoice' from the email I send from the Invoice page, but have to open or print the invoice. I keep getting requests to send the invoice in another format.
It appears this issue has been around since at least June 2019 - come on QB - I buy your product to make things easier and more simple, not more complicated!
Hi Paul, The issue on this thread was resolved. We can certainly look into this for you:smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:Can we ask if you send the invoice to your email address do you experience the same issue and error message? Could you attach a screenshot of the error message on your reply if possible, Thanks
