This is what I see when I try to connect my Virgin Money Credit Card. I am unable to connect QuickBooks when I log into the Virgin Money app. What am I supposed to do?
Thanks for sharing the details and including a screenshot of the error message, Olivia. It really helps us understand the situation better.
To connect your Virgin Money Credit Card account, you'll need to use the mobile device that already has the Virgin Money Credit Card app installed on it. This is important because QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) requires access through the same device and app for proper authorisation.
However, if you're already doing that, I suggest signing into your QBSE account using an incognito browser on your phone. This can resolve issues caused by cached data or cookies.

Both the Virgin money app and the quick books app are on the phone I am using. I have tried what you suggested and logged in from an incognito browser but it just takes me to the same error message.
We appreciate you taking the time to follow the steps shared by my colleague, Olivia.
Since the error persists, I recommend contacting Virgin Money support to check for any issues on their end that affect the QuickBooks integration. They can guide you through troubleshooting to ensure a successful connection between your QuickBooks Self-Employed and Virgin Money.

I think the problem is with Quickbooks not with Virgin Money. In the past the Virgin app would automatically open from the Quickbooks app but now it opens a website inside the Quickbooks app. This never happened before.
