I have added many transactions to quickbooks online without hiccup.
I have an issue that two transactions are not appearing in my undeposited funds when i try to match the deposit with the customer payment in my banking screen.
All transactions have been done the same, when i go into my undeposited account through the chart of accounts they are both therebut when i try to match them to the transaction they are missing.

Thanks for sending the screenshot. Normally to match a payment this would need to be deposited to the bank account from the undeposited funds account? Once the transaction has been deposited it should then allow you to match the payment.
Please let me know if this helps, if you are still unable to match the payment could you send a screenshot showing the deposited payment.

That's a odd one. When you click on the transaction within your undeposited funds account, Do you see a little bit of writing in the top left saying "deposited on DATE"? I have to check that it's not been deposited already.
When you run a report on the Undeposited Funds account, is this transaction still included within the balance, or does the report show it deposited it previously?
If those don't lead to an answer, try clearing cache and cookies on your browser - click here for more information: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-uk/help-article/data-systems/clear-cache-cookies-fix-... and then look for the match again.
I want to rule out anything local or internet browser based stopping it finding a match. If they don't work, can you include screenshots of the transactions on your banking screen and the transactions themselves, so I can look deeper into this for you?

I have cleared cache etc and restarted computer.....no joy,
I have attached screenshot of one of the two transactions. I have done a search on the undeposited funds account and it shows the money going into the account but not coming out.
I have had many queries on the desktop version of quickbooks over the last 14 years but have managed to work them all out with a little help for forums but this is utterly baffling me.
