We are looking to start afresh with our Quickbooks system but don't want to lose existing data. Are we able to export all data to include PO's and invoices too?

Hi justin58 What system are you using at the moment,? You;'re able to import invoices in a Excel/CSV format into all our small business products however it's not possible to import Purchase Orders.

Hi Justin58 You'll be able to export Purchase orders and Invoices in a CSV format but you'll only be able import invoices.

If you are unable to purge your account, you have to open a new blank QBO account.

Should you need to migrate some portions of your data (e.g PO's, Invoices) from old account to the new one, you should explore this migration tool.

You may use the same email address to manage multi QBO accounts. I would recommend to change your email address from old account should you need to use it on the new one.
