Glad to see you in the Community, martinjohnnewber.

Let’s configure the Custom Form Styles settings, so your address and Vat number will show on the invoice. I have a few easy steps to accomplish this task.

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top and choose Custom Form Styles under Your Company.
  2. On the All lists page, pick the invoice you’re working on and then hit Edit in the Action column.
  3. Another page will open where you can select the Content tab.
  4. From there, tap the transaction’s header to display the list of menus.
  5. Click on the link for Address to mark the box for Street address.

  6. Scroll down to the Display section to select the box for Customer VAT number.

  7. Press Done to keep the changes.

Now, go back to the invoice and make sure to use the correct template. Here’s how:

  1. Tap the Customise menu at the bottom of the transaction’s page and then choose the right one from the list.
  2. Click Print or Preview to view the template.

You can also bookmark this guide for future reference. It outlines the steps on how to tailor the information display on your sales forms: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
