I'm glad to have you here, @j-whalley. I'm here to assist you today in viewing all your sent invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Currently, tracking the emails sent with the invoices is unavailable. However, you can run a report and customise it to show the Sent Column as a temporary solution. The Invoice List report can be employed to review all invoices sent out.
Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- In the Find report by name section, type Invoice List.
- Select the report to open.
- Filter the Report period.
- Click on the little gear icon, then hit the Show More dropdown. If you can't locate the little gear icon, click on Switch to classic view in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Mark the Sent box from the list of filters.
- When done, click on Run report.

Furthermore, QuickBooks Online maintains a record of emails through the platform. This record can be viewed in either the Audit Log or Activity Log section, depending on the specific version of QBO you are using.
