They’re missing, because someone high up at QB has decided it’s acceptable to think that “providing the web version still works, it doesn’t matter if the mobile App doesn’t work”.
The reality, is you have no right to a working mobile app.
Our users only use the mobile app. They are out and about visiting customers across the country.
The web app is impossibly fiddly and different on an iPhone, and our users really struggle if I ask them to try it.
The last 3 months, since March 2024, have been particularly buggy for the mobile app, with missing data sync / invoices making it unusable.
I feel your pain. There is no urgency to fix bugs with the mobile App.
