We have spoken with our tier 2 banking team and currently we do not have any other reports of the transactions not updating.Can we ask you to try in a private or icognito window updating the bank,by clicking on update

We are experiencing the same issue......The balance being transferred through to quickbooks via bank feed (Coop Business Accts) but is not supported by the transfer of any transactional data... Which is concerning

We have a recent raised investigation into The Co-operative Bank (UK) - Error 103 in which the bank balance is updating but with no recent transactions.
Our engineers are working to resolve the issue, and I have linked your account to this so that you will receive automatic notification when the issue is resolved.
In the meantime, if you urgently need to update the feed please do so by manual entry or CSV uploads.
