Those should invoices should show as sent since your customers have already confirmed that they received them. Mostly, display issues are caused by the stored internet files in the browser. To rule this out, you can start by signing in to your QuickBooks Time company using a private window. This mode doesn't save cookies and site data. These are the shortcut keys:
- For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
- For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
- For Safari, press Command + Shift + N.
If the invoices are now showing the correct status, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache to enhance your browsing experience. Switching to other supported browsers can also help fix this issue.
