Before we start, may I know which part in QuickBooks you're not seeing the custom form style link? Are you referring to the Invoice page or the Custom Form Style page? Any additional information could help us provide the best resolution to your issue.

Im on the online QB page, signed in but when I click on the cog there is no ‘custom form style link’ As shown in the video or help page.
If I search for the link it comes up but when I click on it a message comes up saying that link isn’t valid!
Let me chime in and provide a fix to get your invoice template changed, @barnabywilkinson.
The Custom form style option is accessible under Your Company in the Gear icon (settings or cog). It can also navigated in the All list section. Moreover, searching and selecting the feature will route you directly to the exact page where you can add or modify templates.

Make sure you're the admin or have access permission to utilize the function. If you do and you're still unable to see it, you can perform some troubleshooting steps to rectify the issue.
You can start by opening your QuickBooks account in a private or incognito window. This can help determine if the issue is specific to your current browser. Online platforms rely on the browser's cache to operate efficiently. When this becomes corrupted, it can cause the platform to malfunction and exhibit unexpected behaviors.

Once logged in, go to your settings again and check the feature. If it’s available, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Doing this helps the program to run smoothly. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.
