Before anything else, may I ask if you encountered any error message when attempting to add a product or service to the invoice? Do you see the Product/Service section below the Tags section? If not, I recommend we perform the basic troubleshooting steps to ensure that this doesn't have something to do with the browser you're using.

Once you're in, try to set up the invoice again. If it works and you're able to add a product or service, you can proceed to clear your browser's cache. Refer to this article for the steps: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

Mark, I am having same issue and using another brower clearing cache has not helped
Hi Fiona S, thanks for trying that, can we get you to either go to our chat support or ring the supportline on 0808 234 5337 the line is open mon to fri 8am to 7pm and is free from any UK landline or mobile, so you can set up a screenshare with the agent so this can be looked into more for you.
