sending invoices

Hi JM256, does that status of the invoice show as 'not sent' when viewing the invoice history? You can check this by opening the invoice and clicking on 'more' on the bottom toolbar > audit history > show all. Thanks!

It states "indirect edit" on the instructions you gave.  But on the invoice itself it indicates a delivery error as "undeliverable" and I've made several attempts at sending this. 

I might also add that going to my email directly and sending my customer a personal email is no problem whatsoever.  So the email is valid and operational.

Since you verified that the email address was been entered correctly, there may be a temporary issue with the recipient's email server. This is the reason why the status of the invoice says Undeliverable.

You can ask your customers to use different email address so you're able to send invoices. 

I'd also recommend running some basic troubleshooting steps to check if it's cache-related. At times, too much cached accumulated in a browser can cause unexpected behavior with the product. To start, open your account using a private window. Simply press the following shortcut keys to access this mode:
 

• Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
• Control + Option + P (Safari).

Once done, try sending invoices again. If you're able to successfully send them, clear the cache in your regular browser. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers.
