Hello A2ruedas-hotmail, thanks for posting on the Community page, so you can ring the supportline on 0808 234 5337 and youll be able to set up a screenshare with the agent on the phone, the line is open mon to fri 8am to 7pm. If you go to the main cog wheel> account and settings >company and double check that the email is correct there as that is where it is being pulled from. Have you actually uploaded the logo into the account?
I managed to fix this by amending the form from my laptop, the mobile app wouldn't process my amendments properly...
